Intended use: A test card that facilitates initial screening by users to detect whether dogs and cats have successfully conceived.

Main components: Sealed package (with a test card, disposable dropper, desiccant).

Storage conditions and expiry date: The original packaging should be stored in a dry place at room temperature 2-30℃, and the expiration date is 18 months. It cannot be stored frozen. Open the sealed aluminum foil bag before use, use within 1 hour after opening the original packaging

The frist test method (serum test):

1. Draw 1-2 ml of venous blood from a dog or cat into an EDTAK2 blood collection tube. Spin for 15 minutes in a centrifuge at 4000 rpm, and then extract serum.

2. Use a dropper to draw 2 drops of serum and drop them into the test card.

3. Wait 15 minutes, and then judge the result

The second test method (blood test):

1. Draw 1-2 ml of venous blood from a dog or cat into an EDTAK2 blood collection tube.

2. Draw the blood from the EDTAK2 blood collection tube, drop the first drop of blood into the round hole of the test card, wait for the first drop of blood to flow into the square detection area completely.

3. Drop the second drop of blood into the round hole of the test card.

4. Wait for the test results

NOTE: Female animals will secrete a certain amount of progestational hormone after 22 days after mating, and will be detected after reaching a certain amount, but due to individual differences, it may be very obvious around 30 days.
